Interesting that there's a CD with the new issue.

I'm sure I read a comment from ET once (in a discussion about Bang and X-Ray) in which he said that he thought that a magazine that includes a CD is a magazine that can't stand on its own merits, especially one that puts great stock in it's writers, photographers, designers etc.

Be interesting to see what's on it...

If anyone can see any typos on this cover, let me know like NOW!

'not exactly warriors for the mainstream'? Well, you know what, I'm kind of glad about that! I think the mainstream has enough warriors already without an extra phalanx from Plan B.

"yes, we have an unabashed pop band on the cover. no, this does not betoken a change in direction (wait till you see who?s possibly, probably fronting November?)"

Oh God, this does not bode well at all.

Still, great cover! And a good line-up too.

i didn't know about the zune hook-up...
SAY NO TO BILL GATES.

uncertain as to whether we're the first UK mag to make them cover stars... anyone seen 'em anywhere else? (wd be really good for us if we did beat the pack on this one...)

the slayer feature has some awesome individual portraits.

unabashed pop? this ain't no paris hilton. they're like internet indie darlings these days, not exactly warriors for the mainstream. also: coverstars of Microsoft's new Zune campaign!

love the green of hte photo.

it's weird to see "slayer" written in calm small letters.
