Anyway, what are you saying 'Exile' is poor subsitute for exactly? I can't think of any white-boy blues based rock that sounds anything like it. It's like drinking too much bad American beer at a record launch party, or like pretending you're on the 'freeway' when you're just on the M-whatever to Stansted Airport.
